As the custodians of our mission, the Board ensures that every initiative and decision aligns with our core values and long-term goals of promoting sustainable development and environmental action in Guyana.
The Board’s primary responsibilities include:
- Setting Strategic Direction: Establishing long-term goals and approving major policies that shape our work.

 - Making Key Decisions: Providing final approval on significant projects, partnerships, and organizational matters.
 - Upholding Governance: Reviewing institutional membership applications, appointing expert advisors, and ensuring overall accountability and transparency.

The Board is composed of our dedicated founding members and elected officers. To effectively steer the organization, the Board convenes quarterly for regular meetings and holds additional emergency sessions as needed, ensuring agile and responsive leadership for our dynamic initiatives.
